Which devices does it run on?
iPhone and iPad running iOS 16.4 or later.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed by Apple. On your iPhone, open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions, choose BabyWish and tap Cancel Subscription. Deleting the app does not cancel it.
How do I restore my purchase?
Open the Pro screen and tap Restore. Make sure you are signed in with the same Apple ID you used for the purchase.
How do I request a refund?
Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple. You can request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.

How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed by Google Play. Open the Play Store, tap your profile picture, then Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions, choose BabyWish and tap Cancel subscription. Uninstalling the app does not cancel it.

Refunds for Google Play purchases are handled by Google. You can request one from your order history in the Play Store.
Common questions
Where can I find my results?
Your results are saved in History, the clock icon at the top right of the home screen. Open a result and tap Download to save it to your photos.
Which photos work best?
Use clear, well-lit photos where the face looks straight at the camera. Avoid sunglasses, hats, strong filters and photos with more than one face.
Why does every result look different?
Each image is newly created by AI, so results vary from one try to the next. They are made for fun and are not a prediction of how a real child will look.
Delete data
There is no BabyWish account to close. To remove local data, uninstall the app. To ask us to delete anything we may still hold, use the data deletion page or email apps@zeisoft.com.
